Sapporo-Noboribetsu Area Pass can be purchased from Klook or JR-designated station in Central Hokkaido. Prepare your passport and credit card in advance.
When you arrive in Japan, head to the rail pass ticket office and get the rail pass. Bring your passport and booking confirmation.
